Sales Roadmap and Playbook Design

The Sales Playbook goes beyond the Sales Roadmap to offer the organization the “handbook” of best practices for the entire sales process. For each step of the process, the Sales Playbook captures the details of how the organization should operate to not only ensure customer satisfaction, but to also positively impact the customer’s buying process resulting in value to both the customer and the organization. The Sales Playbook expands the Sales Roadmap by detailing the skills, tools, and methods that should be used at each step of the sales process.
